Founded in 2009, Qoverage allows business owners and managers to sleep at night, knowing that their irreplaceable business data is secure and their mission-critical IT operations are safe from interruption. By partnering with our customers to become an extension of their business, Qoverage provides strategic IT planning, IT projects, and ongoing IT support for small-medium businesses in the DFW area.
Qoverage products and services include:
- IT Assessments – we work with business executives and managers to understand their goals for the business over the next 3-5 years. We then create a technology strategy to facilitate those goals by creating IT Scorecards, which inspire a detailed IT Roadmap and IT Budget, including initial projects, an ongoing support plan, and all costs involved over the entire IT lifecycle.
- IT Projects – we define a company’s technology project requirements and provide detailed proposals to solve real business problems with technology products and services. Projects may include IT lifecycle refresh, business process improvements, productivity improvements, and IT security.
- Managed Services Agreements – we offer a fully-managed IT department, including Virtual CIO, Project Manager, IT Service Manager, and IT Support Helpdesk. Our customers plug our team directly into their company, immediately transforming their IT operations. Disaster-recovery backup systems and recovery processes help maintain a state of readiness.
- Cloud Services – we offer a full array of IT infrastructure-as-a-service, so customers benefit from datacenters’ economies of scale. Qoverage customers own and operate only the IT infrastructure they need, so they can focus their CAPEX dollars on other areas of the business.
- On-site Support – we visit clients’ offices on a regularly-scheduled basis for proactive IT management, and between scheduled visits as needed for reactive support.
- Remote Helpdesk - our IT service Helpdesk supports business users in real time via teleconference and shared screens. We manage against a 12-minute triage goal.
- Product Procurement – we take the guesswork out of shopping for technology products. Qoverage clients receive concierge service to solve their business technology problems – from new PCs, laptops, and printers, to complex network and server systems, we maintain partnerships with major hardware and software vendors and distributors so our clients don’t have to.
